Chris Rock Asked Me Out When He Thought I Was Divorcing Will Smith – Jada Pinkett Smith

Hollywood actress, Jada Pinkett Smith has come out to say that Chris Rock asked her out when he thought she was having issues with Will Smith. She recently had her say in her new memoir, “Worthy,” and fans have been reacting.

According to her, it happened at the time Chris Rock thought she was processing her divorce papers amid reports that her marriage was over, but she immediately told him that the reports were false.

Jada added that Chris immediately apologized for asking a married woman and it ended right there.

Her words, “I think every summer all the reports would come out that me and Will were getting a divorce.

And this particular summer, Chris, he thought that we were getting a divorce. So he called me and basically he was like, ‘I’d love to take you out.’

And I was like, ‘What do you mean?’ He was like, ‘Well, aren’t you and Will getting a divorce?’ I was like, ‘No. Chris, those are just rumors.’ He was appalled.

And he profusely apologized and that was that.”
