Circa Pictures & Production Co. International Inc. Announces Planned Content Delivery Partner and Warrant Issuance

Beverly Hills, CA, January 06, 2017 –(PR.com)– Circa Pictures & Production Co. International Inc. (OTC:CPPD) is pleased to announce that it plans a warrant issuance as part of its strategy to grow and achieve full reporting status in the first quarter of 2017. The specifics of this issuance will be updated and released next week. The Company has also received its shares of Metatron Inc. as part of its collaboration on the development of a film and media based video crowdfunding platform for entertainment projects. The proprietary platform is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2017.

Circa continues its efforts to develop unique television and movie content. The Company has several projects that currently need distribution and content delivery partners. To that end, Circa has begun negotiating the terms of a formal relationship with ZUMM Everything For Android and the management of www.zummeverythingandroid.com . The Companies plan to announce the details of a formal relationship by the end of next week. Of particular interest is the future opportunity to deliver proprietary Circa media content on a dedicated app/ channel with ZUMM’s patent pending Cable Killer Android Streaming Media /Free TV Receiver Set-top box branded as ZUMMBOX ™. This content delivery is scalable and works well along with ZUMM’s national franchise plans. More specific details will be announced shortly.

Circa Pictures currently owns and is also in partnership on a number of planned TV shows (reality and scripted). The Company is also working on movies that are in various stages of marketing or pre-production for distribution opportunities in the USA and Canada with potential International syndication.
