COVID-19 in Nigeria: 189 New Cases, 57,145 Total Cases and 1095 Total Deaths as of 19th September 2020

One hundred and eighty-nine (189) new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic were confirmed and reported in Nigeria within the last 24 hours. This was contained in the COVID-19 update provided by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The new cases reported are as follows:

Lagos: 70
Plateau: 37
FCT Abuja: 24
Kaduna: 19
Rivers: 12
Oyo: 5
Ogun: 4
Ebonyi: 3
Katsina: 3
Ondo: 3
Osun: 3
Imo: 2
Yobe: 2
Ekiti: 1
Nasarawa: 1

Currently, there are 57,145 confirmed cases in Nigeria with 1095 deaths. However, 48,431 people have so far recovered and been discharged.
