Crystal Palace are interested in signing free agent Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Togo International has been without a club since he was released by Tottenham in September.
According to recent reports, Crystal Palace have spoken to the 31-year-old about a short term deal as manager Alan Pardew is desperate to add at least one striker to his team following the departure of Patrick Bamford, and injury to Yannick Bolasie.
Another Premier League club Watford was interested in the striker but pulled due to fears over his fitness.
Adebayor has been working hard to maintain fitness while in his homes in Togo and Ghana.
The former Arsenal striker has been sharing photos of his work sessions on Instagram.
A move to Palace will suit Adebayor who is said to be keen to remain in London where he has a house.
