After the workout sessions and breakfast, the housemates were visited by Desmond Elliot, alongside One Africa Director, Nachilala Nkombo.
The Housemates were presented with goody bags that contained their individual name branded t-shirts and fact folders with all the information about the One AFRICA campaign.
Later on, they all sat in the lounge to elaborate further on the #GirlsCount campaign as today is also International Women’s Day.
Before the visit was done, Desmond Elliot encouraged the Housemates to celebrate the girl child and women more.
They also Tasked the Housemates to read through their materials and come up with a presentation defending the rights of the girl child in lieu to sensitising the world even more and alleviate the plights of the girl child and women in general.
Elliot and Nkombo will return to the House later this week to assess the Housemates’ presentations with the winner becoming an ambassador.
The winner will also get a chance to present to world leaders.
