Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has shared some advice for people planning to build their first homes. He recently advised first-time homeowners to keep their houses within a manageable size, and fans have been reacting.

Suggesting that three or four bedrooms should be enough for new builders, the award-winning musician urged them never to go overboard with the size of the property.
