England manager, Gareth Southgate has come out to cast doubt on his future with the Three Lions. This is coming following his comments about having lost the fans, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he understands the feeling from the fans towards him, but he would appreciate it if they continue to back the players on the pitch.
Southgate added that he would keep doing all he can to represent the country at Euro 2024 the best way he can.
His words, “Our world is different at the moment and I feel that is probably because of me.
I’m not going to change that so it’s pointless me spending energy (on it). But I’m not going to back away from it. I understand the feeling towards me, but I want the fans to back the players.”
