Manchester United defender, Ethan Laird has come out to say that love and care is required for a footballer to succeed at any club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, winning changing rooms need to show real care for the players because it very clear that managers can only get the best from their players if they know they are going to be cared for.
Laird added that QPR is a very creative team, and it is one of the reasons he decided to join.
