Justice Simon Amobeda of the Federal High Court in Kano has issued an interim order restraining the two commissions of inquiry instituted by the Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, from conducting any further proceedings until after the determination of a suit filed by former governor of Kano State and current National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Umar Abdullahi Ganduje.
