The Federal Government has released the list of companies set to participate in its initiative aimed at easing transportation challenges for Nigerians during the Yuletide season.
Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, revealed the information in a post on his social media handle.
The five transportation companies partnering with the government for this scheme are GIG (God is Good), Chisco Transport, Young Shall Grow, God Bless Ezenwata, and Area Motor.

In his statement, Onanuga outlined the companies involved in the Federal Government’s plan to alleviate the travel burden for 5 million Nigerians during the festive period.
The companies are expected to offer a 50 per cent reduction in fares for inter-state travel, as announced earlier by Tinubu.
The initiative aims to provide relief to travelers by making transportation more affordable during the busy Yuletide season.
