Liverpool winger, Sadio Mane believes he is just lucky and Roberto Firmino should be praised for Liverpool’s UEFA Super Cup victory.
Mane scored twice during the game but has decided to hail the Brazilian who created the assists for both goals.
He praised Firmino who could’ve scored on his own but decided to create the chance for a teammate.
His words, “To be honest, I think I was just a lucky boy,”
“I think all the credit should go to my team-mates, especially Bobby [Firmino] – he could have scored but he preferred to give it to me.
“I think this is how we play at Liverpool. We play for each other and we always enjoy playing for each other and to give each other passes. I think that makes us strong.”
