According to a report reaching from Liquid Telecom, their users will be able to enjoy 100 percent internet service these days as there is a shift within the programming of internet for their customers.
New plan for users
The network giant made the move after it moved its customers to Anycast Domain Name System. The company revealed this will improve the internet service plan that is already enjoyed by their customers. Apart from the speed, the service will be available 24/7 with a one hundred percent assurance.
Slow server upgrade
Actually, ISPs run a domain name system on just one server, sometimes with a single backup unit, using the Unicast DNS platform to convert the website name that users write into their browser into the right number to access that website’s files – which can be on a server anywhere in the world. This translation from name to number happens first, meaning that every website call up is initially routed through a single server, which sometimes goes down, or can suffer queuing.
And Lastly
With the Anycast DNS platform, Liquid Telecom has set up parallel servers in Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda and the UK, which sees Internet users automatically switched to the closest functional server without experiencing any interruption.
