Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has come out to react to the speculation suggesting that Gabriel Magalhaes is interesting Real Madrid and clubs in Saudi Arabia. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the Brazilian defender has not started a couple of games this season because the decisions have not favoured him thus far, but that is not to say he won’t play a lot of games this season.
Arteta added that Magalhaes really helped the club last season, and he has been good with his cameos as well this campaign.
His words, “It’s about the games that we were expecting, what I was expecting, how we wanted to defend and attack and our belief it was the best thing. He’s played in both games, he’s helped us to win both games for different reasons. He was really good, he absolutely dominated the box. He’s going to play a lot of games. That’s the decision sometimes.”
