Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has come out to express his confusion over the handball rule. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, while suggesting that Liverpool should’ve been awarded a penalty against Arsenal on Sunday.

According to him, it happened in the game that involved Inter Milan and Barcelona, and it has gotten to a point where he doesn’t understand the rules anymore.
Pep added that he surely believes that Liverpool deserved a penalty vs Arsenal after Gabriel handled the ball.
His words, “No, we saw what happened in Inter Milan vs Barcelona last week, and Arsenal vs Liverpool with Saliba (*Gabriel) one action in the first half. So, no [I don’t understand].”
