Manchester United legend, Roy Keane has come out to say that Alejandro Garnacho should get a job somewhere else. This is coming after the MUFC forward refused to celebrate his goal vs Leicester City, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, there must be something drastically wrong with football if a player feels the need to not celebrate a goal, and it is an insult to not jubilate scoring before fans who travel a long way just to watch you play.
Keane added that despite the few Garnacho critics out there, millions of supporters still chant his name.
His words, “If you can’t celebrate a goal, there is something drastically wrong with this game. Whatever has gone on off the pitch for any player – it could be family stuff – you work all week, you’re playing the game to score a goal. When you score a goal, there should be nothing else on your mind. You’ve got fans who have travelled, paid fortunes to get there, and he’s on about people having a go at him.
People make sacrifices to travel to watch Manchester United, he scores a brilliant goal, they are having a tough time – and if a younger player can’t enjoy scoring a goal for Man United, then get a job somewhere else.”

That triumph allowed the club to compete in the European Super Cup for the first time, where United beat European Cup holders Red Star Belgrade 1–0 at Old Trafford. The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992, beating Nottingham Forest 1–0 in the second to win that competition for the first time as well.
