PSG striker, Kylian Mbappe has come out to admit that it would have been easier to go to Madrid when making a decision on his future. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, that is the reason he snubbed the move eventually because his ambition as a footballer is to win important trophies in Paris as a French boy.
Mbappe added that achieving that and more with PSG will write his name in the history of France for life.
His words, “I always talk about my ambition, what I want to do, and now it’s time. In Paris, the book is fully white. What an opportunity! You have to think differently. Of course, it was easier to go to Madrid. But I have this ambition. I’m French. I’m a child of Paris, and to win in Paris, it’s something really special—really special. It writes your name in the history of your country for life. You can stay here to have success. For us it’s a big message, because when I announced I stay, a lot of things change in the mentality of people. People start to say, ‘Yeah, we don’t need to go out. You don’t need to leave the country’.”
