In a clear stance against political discord, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has declared his administration’s dedication to delivering its mandate rather than engaging in confrontations.
Governor Fubara conveyed this commitment during the official commencement of a housing project comprising 20,000 units for low-income earners in Mbodo-Aluu, along the International Airport Road in Ikwerre Local Government Area on Friday.
He emphasized a steadfast dedication to righteousness before both God and humanity, urging active citizen involvement in governance.

Governor Fubara assured the public that his government’s primary objective is to safeguard and cater to the needs of the people.
Governor Fubara stated, “Our governance is to take care and defend our people. I can assure you here that this is the beginning of our service to the people of Rivers State.
It is not service to the elite but to the poor and low-income earners.
Those are the people we want to stand with, and we are standing with them from today.”
This announcement comes in the midst of an ongoing dispute between Governor Fubara and another key political figure, highlighting the governor’s determination to prioritize the welfare of the people over political conflicts.
