Popular wrestler Hulk Hogan, who reportedly died from a heart attack on July 24, 2025, may have been a victim of medical malpractice. An occupational therapist present at Hogan’s home in Clearwater, Florida, has been quoted as saying that a surgeon might have severed the phrenic nerve, a crucial nerve that controls breathing, during a recent procedure.
According to Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, an autopsy has already been conducted, but she is not allowed to disclose the results to the public.

Sky further confirmed that Hogan’s body has not yet been cremated.
Her words, “His phrenic nerve was compromised during one of his recent surgeries.
I’m not at liberty to release those details at this time.”
Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, added, “I’ve received legit calls from professionals — from police officials to nurses that were supposedly with my dad on the day of his death — telling me I need to see body cam footage and get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative.
I have zero control over these records. It’s all up to my dad’s wife, Sky Daily.”
WOW.
