Borussia Dortmund legend, Mats Hummels has departed the club on a free transfer. This is coming following an apparent confrontation with Edin Terzic, and fans have been reacting.
According to the club, both parties have decided to part ways, and Hummels will be remembered for leaving a significant mark on the club.
BvB added that the club is very grateful for the successful run they both had together.
It read, “Borussia Dortmund and Mats Hummels will part ways. The German defender has spent more than thirteen years at the club and left a significant mark having won two Bundesliga titles and DFB-Pokals with the club among numerous other achievements. We are grateful for the successful run we had together.”
