Popular Nigerian singer, Sean Tizzle, real name Morihanfen Oluwaseun Oluwabamidele, was a guest on HFtv where he addressed some of the controversies he has recently been embroiled in.
The ‘So le’ crooner talked about his controversial Omawunmi tweet of last year and addressed his skin bleaching claims.
On the criticisms he received following his November 2015 tweet, where he said that Omawumi’s cover to Adele’s “Hello” was better, Sean Tizzle refuses to apologise for it.
“It’s my own opinion which I have a right to,” he said.
On the accusation that he bleaches, the ‘Like to party’ singer tried to laugh it off, but finally dismissed the criticism. “I don’t know about all that,” he said, adding that “people could still talk. I am just focused on dropping more cool sounds. I think that’s what matters. I have my album coming out in September.”
The ‘Loke Loke’ crooner recently left micro-blogging site, Twitter. According to him, he was leaving the site for fans who couldn’t stop criticising and trolling the singer ever since he tweeted that Omawumi’s cover of ‘Hello’ was better than Adele’s version.
On Christmas Eve he dropped a new song titled ‘Jalolo’.
