I Have Very Few Complaints About Manchester City’s UCL Exit – Pep Guardiola

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has come out to insist that he is going to stay at the club. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he has very few complaints about his side’s Champions League exit vs Real Madrid because his team simply drew a very strong opponent at a crucial time.

Pep added that he intends to remain at the club despite the poor results this season.

His words, “Yes, yes, yes, I’m going to stay [at City]. We have drawn a very strong opponent at the best moment of the season and when the opponent is superior, there is no other option than to congratulate them. Ten or 12 years ago we weren’t even in the picture. It’s a competition with many details, a very emotional competition, and I have very few complaints about how we’ve behaved in Europe.”

Guardiola is the only manager to win the continental treble twice, the youngest to win the UEFA Champions League, and he also holds the records for the most consecutive league games won in La Liga, the Bundesliga, and the Premier League.
