Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland has come out to admit that his new contract is not a normal one. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he didn’t think about the club’s 115 FFP charges before putting pen to paper because he believes City knows what they are doing and how to prove their innocence in court.

Haaland added that the extension simply felt right for both parties, so it became an easy choice for player and club.
His words, “I haven’t thought of that or anything. I’m confident that the club know what they’re doing.
In the end, I really don’t think I should speak too much about this because I’ve [only] been here for two-and-a-half years. I’m confident that the club knows what they’re doing.
Of course it [contract length] is a bit unusual. It’s not normal. That’s also something I like. In the end it felt good for both parties. It was an easy choice.”
WOW.
