    I Like To Aid The Attack Deep In My Own Half – De Jong

    Netherlands midfielder, Frenkie De Jong has come out to say that he plays differently for his country compared to Barcelona. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

    According to him, his role with the Dutch national team definitely suits him better because he likes to be the first player to receive the ball from the defenders.

    De Jong added that playing that deep helps him control the game better and help the attack however he can.

    His words, “I play very differently here [with the Dutch national team] to with Barca. I think this suits me a lot better.”
