I Take 35 Pills Per Day – Kim Kardashian

Popular reality star Kim Kardashian has revealed how far she goes to focus on her health. She recently had her say as a guest on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, and fans have been reacting.

Announcing that she takes up to 35 pills each day, Kim Kardashian revealed that she, Kris Jenner and her sisters use a body scanner regularly.

Confessing that she has pill fatigue, the mother of four added that she helps herself by spreading the intake thrice a day.

Her words, “I take probably 35 supplements a day. I spread them out three times a day.

I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil [supplements], and I got my bloodwork, and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.

I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work.

I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van and you lay down. Each one of my sisters and my mom — we all live in the same gated community — so we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van and you just lay down and it scans your body maybe like three minutes. And, it tells you all about your bone density.”

After their parents divorced in 1991, her mother married again that year, to Caitlyn Jenner, the 1976 Summer Olympics decathlon winner. Through their marriage, Kim Kardashian gained step-brothers Burton “Burt”, Brandon, and Brody; step-sister Casey; and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
