England manager Thomas Tuchel has come out to reveal the one non-English player he would love in his Three Lions squad. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Speaking during an interview on talkSPORT, Tuchel was asked by Stuart Pearce to select a player from another country he wishes he had available, and his response was Manchester City’s 2024 Ballon d’Or winner, Rodri.
Tuchel added that a fit Rodri will always be a force to reckon with in midfield, wherever he plays.
His words, “That’s a difficult one. Rodri. But not injured”
