Real Madrid forward, Fede Valverde has come out to hail former team-mate, Cristiano Ronaldo for the rapid progress of the Saudi Pro League. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the players the league have been signing in recent times show that football is progressing in Saudi Arabia, and star players like Ronaldo should be credited for making the move first.

Valverde added that he does not see himself going to the Saudi League anytime soon because he plays for the best team in the world.
His words, “I think there’s been a lot of progress with the players who have come here. For example, Cristiano, who started all this. It shows what they want to do and to have players of that quality is important.”
“It is really impossible for me to go to the Saudi League. No chance. 10, 20 or 30 million will not change my life. I’m at Real Madrid, the best club in the world. I love my life in Madrid, the same goes for my family and that’s it.”
WOW.
