Juventus legend, Giorgio Chiellini has come out to pick Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Lionel Messi in the GOAT debate. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, if he had to pick one of both players to play a final, he would choose Ronaldo, because he would always raise his level of performance to help the team.

Chiellini added that sharing the pitch with Ronaldo provided a unique perspective on the Portuguese star’s unmatched work ethic and mentality.

His words, “We cannot say for me, who is better, Messi or Cristiano.

But if I have to pick one, for a final, Cristiano.

I love to play with Cristiano. And I saw when the game is more difficult, he raises his level of performance.”
