Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has come out to say that she would not revert to the old national anthem newly signed into law by President Bola Tinubu as the country’s new anthem. She recently had her say via her X handle, and Nigerians have been reacting.
According to her, no one can suppress her right to disassociate from the obnoxious law that is repugnant to all who are of good conscience in Nigeria.
Oby added that she would stick to the national anthem she has known all her life as a Nigerian.
