Pope Francis has come out to express his concern over the frequent abductions in Nigeria. He recently described his concerns as very concerning, and the world has been reacting.
According to him, he is currently praying and hoping that tangible efforts would be made to contain these sad incidents in the country.
Pope added that he would continue to keep aggrieved Nigerians in his prayers till everything is calm.
His words, “The increasingly frequent kidnappings in Nigeria are extremely concerning.
I express my closeness in prayer to the Nigerian people, hoping that efforts will be made to contain the spread of these incidents as much as possible.”
