Manchester United manager, Ralf Rangnick has come out to say that he has no regrets about taking the Old Trafford job. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, as a manager, you will always have to question what you could have done better, but he has never regretted taking the job since he came to England.
Rangnick added that he would do it over and over again even if he is not happy with the current state of results.
His words, No regrets whatsoever,”
“I would do it over and over again.”
“As a manager you always have to question what you could have done better but I have no regrets [about taking the job],”
“We are all aware it’s not an easy squad and the whole situation was not easy or I would not be sitting here and Ole would probably still be here.”
“We have shown in the past couple of months we were able to raise the level but not in the same sustainable way that I would have wished. That’s the reason I’m not happy at all with what we’ve achieved so far.”
On fans protesting, “Even if they do that, then after those 17 minutes hopefully they’re still backing the team and getting behind us,”
“But how much they do that depends on what we show on the pitch so it’s a game of give and take. We cannot expect them just to support us no matter what’s on the pitch.”
