Super Falcon player, Asisat Oshoala has come out to say that she hopes winning the UEFA Women’s Champions League will inspire other young girls in Africa to chase their dreams. She recently revealed that it was very important for her club to not make the same mistakes made vs Lyon.
According to her, she can only thank God who has made everything possible for her club through hard work, and she is grateful to be playing alongside incredible talents at Barcelona.
Asisat added that winning the UCL is an amazing achievement, and she cannot find the right words to express her emotion.
His words, “It was very important not to make the mistakes of the past [the 4-1 loss to Lyon] but to learn from it.”
