Everyone sees me as a Barcelona coach, club legend, Xavi has said. He recently revealed that returning to his roots in Catalunya definitely remains part of a long-term plan.
According to him, he is very happy to be currently coaching at a big club in Qatar, and he is fully focused on ensuring they continue to be the best team in the country.
He added that he’ll always respect the presiding coach and the club, plus he’ll forever wish the club nothing but the best.
“Right now, I’m at Al Sadd and I’m doing well here. I’m at a big club in Asia, in Qatar. It’s the best team in Qatar.”
“We’ll see what happens in the future. Everyone sees me as a Barcelona coach, and I really respect Barcelona and Koeman, the current head coach.”
