Popular Tennis player Serena Williams has revealed that she is not a breakfast person. She recently had her say during an interview with PEOPLE, and fans have been reacting.
Stressing that she skips breakfast on training days, Serena disclosed that she focuses on protein-packed lunch meals for energy and recovery.

The mother of 2 added that dinner is very important to her because it helps her spend quality time with her daughters.
Her words, “I’m not really a breakfast person, so my first meal is usually around lunchtime.
I’ll start with protein, have something lighter before I train, and then make sure I have a more substantial meal afterward to recover.
Dinner is different. I try to cook for [my daughters Olympia, 9 and Adira, 3] every night, so that meal is less about what I need for training and more about sitting down together as a family. That time is really important to me.
Quality and taste are really important to me. I want real ingredients, plenty of protein and lots of color on the plate
I never want convenience to mean compromising on what I’m putting into my body.
So I chose meals that genuinely feel like something I would eat myself — salmon, vegetables, things that are satisfying and give me the energy I need.
I’m balancing a lot right now — training, competing, my businesses, and most importantly, being a mom. Factor makes one part of my day really easy.
I know I can grab something that tastes good and gives me what I need, without having to spend time thinking about it.
That means I can put that energy toward my girls, my training and everything else I’m trying to do.”
