Juventus manager, Maurizio Sarri has come out to say that he is not bothered by Miralem Pjanic’s suitability to his plans at the club.
This is coming amid reports that the midfielder is heading to Barcelona once the transfer window opens.
According to him, he is not pushing for Pjanic to leave and he would only be sold for other reasons.
He added that the discussions he has had with him are on technical and mental aspects, but he is bery happy with the footballer.
His words, “If he is sold, it’ll be for other reasons. He is not under discussion from a technical point of view,”
“But the club haven’t given me any signals in that sense, so I don’t take it into consideration.
“The discussions between him and me are on technical and mental aspects. He mustn’t worry if he misses a game, but he has to react quickly.
“I’m happy with Miralem and I’m sure, in that role, he can improve further.”
