The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced its National Campaign Council for the governorship election in Imo State, which consists of 582 individuals.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced that the governorship election in Imo State will take place on November 11.
However, APC claimed that Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu would be in charge of the campaign council.

The ruling party announced on Twitter that the inauguration of the campaign council would take place on March 16 in Owerri, the state capital of Imo State.
The APC claims that the Governor of Cross River State, H.E. Bassey Edet Otu, is leading the Party’s updated 582-member National Campaign Council ahead of the election for Governor of Imo on November 11th.
The opening ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. on September 16 at the Landmark Event Centre in Owerri.
