SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN–(Marketwired – May 9, 2014) – The following matters were voted upon at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”) for International Road Dynamics Inc. (the “Corporation”) (TSX:IRD) held on May 8th, 2014 in Saskatoon, SK. Each of the matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting is discussed in detail in the Corporation’s management Proxy and Information Circular dated April 3, 2014.
The voting results for each matter presented at the annual meeting are provided below:
- Election of Directors. The seven director nominees proposed by management were elected by a show of hands. Proxies were received as follows:

- Appointment of Auditors. The appointment of KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, to serve as the auditors of the Corporation until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are appointed was approved by a show of hands. Proxies representing 1,847,502 (99.17%) votes for and 15,541 (0.83%) votes withheld were received.
