The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has cautioned Governor Charles Soludo against playing politics with security in Anambra State.
The group accused Soludo of being desperate for a second term, leading him to succumb to pressure from what they referred to as ‘Fulani hegemony’.
In a statement issued by its spokesman, Emma Powerful, IPOB expressed concern over the activities of Fulani terrorists masquerading as herdsmen in Anambra State, particularly in Dunukofia, Awka North, South, Orumba North, and South Local Government Areas.

IPOB called on residents of Anambra State to rise and fight against all forms of insecurity in the state, warning against the potential consequences of allowing the situation to escalate.
The statement read, “Desperation for a second term has made Prof. Soludo succumb to pressure from the Fulani hegemony.
All well-meaning people of Anambra should RISE UP NOW! and stop Arthur Eze before he turns Anambra State into a slaughterhouse just like Southern Kaduna.”
IPOB also cautioned Governor Soludo and his government against playing politics with the security of Anambra residents, urging him to prevent individuals like Arthur Eze from endangering the lives of the people for their own interests.
The group emphasized that politics for a second term should not be played with the lives of Anambra residents, and called for concerted efforts to checkmate the activities of Fulani terrorists in the South East.
IPOB reiterated its commitment to protecting Biafrans and Biafra Land, warning that any attacks against the Eastern Security Network (ESN) would be met with retaliation.
