Crystal Palace goalkeeper, Dean Henderson has come out to say that he knew he would save Omar Marmoush’s penalty in the FA Cup final after Erling Haaland stepped away. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he wouldn’t have known which way to go if it was Haaland taking the penalty kick, but he knew where Marmoush would put the ball.

Henderson added that it feels incredible to win the prestigious FA Cup, and it was a well executed plan by the entire team.
His words, “It’s incredible, we had a feeling it’d be our day today. The manager had a gameplan, we executed. We deserve this so much.
Haaland might’ve stepped up, I didn’t know which way he’d go, but Marmoush, I knew which way he was going. I knew I would save it.”
