The Kano State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged the public to disregard the purported suspension of the national chairman of the party, Abdullahi Ganduje.
Alhaji Zakari Sarina, the secretary of the party in the state, made this statement while addressing journalists on Monday in Kano.
He declared that the supposed suspension of Ganduje by any group of individuals was null and void.

Sarina emphasized that the suspension, which was announced on Sunday by a faction of the party, was invalid as it came from non-members of the party.
“It is impracticable for non-members to slam a national officer with suspension without recourse to laid-down procedures as enshrined in the party’s constitution,” Sarina stated.
He also expressed the party’s unwavering stance against the activities of these impostors, describing them as political jobbers who have offered themselves for pecuniary benefits at the expense of the party’s dignity.
The Kano APC reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the party’s constitution and maintaining its unity and integrity.
