Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda, has reaffirmed his support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Radda said the people and government of Katsina State remained firmly behind Tinubu and would support his bid to secure a second term in office.
The governor made the declaration while speaking on the political situation ahead of the 2027 elections, expressing confidence in the President’s leadership and the policies of his administration.
He urged members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state to remain united and committed to the party as preparations for the elections intensify.
Radda also called on party stakeholders to continue mobilising support at the grassroots and ensure that the party’s structures remain strong across the state.
He maintained that the APC-led administration had embarked on programmes and reforms aimed at addressing the country’s challenges and laying the foundation for economic development.
The governor’s declaration further reinforces Katsina State’s support for Tinubu as political parties intensify their mobilisation and realignments ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
He assured that the state would play an active role in efforts to secure victory for Tinubu and the APC at the polls.
