Marseille owner Frank McCourt has come out to say that he wants to keep former Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, keeping top class players like Greenwood around will help Marseille to challenge Paris Saint-Germain next season, so it would be a good decision.
Frank added that his aim is to build a solid team for the manager that will battle it out with the best team in Europe.
His words, “It’s my wish [to keep them]. Now, I’m neither the sporting director nor the president. My goal is to put Pablo [Longoria], Medhi [Benatia] and their teams in the best conditions to make the best decisions in the short, medium and long term. Regarding the players mentioned, our goal is to keep them and build the team around them.”

The club appeared in two consecutive League Cup finals in 1991 and 1992 the left and the right, but he’s not got any sense of danger yet, and empties the midfield area too readily.
