The G-Worldwide Entertainment Record label, of the fast-rising pop star Kiss Daniel, has denied all reports in some sections of the media that the record label is at war with him over financial issues.
According to the record label boss Festus Ehimare, popularly known as Emperor Geezy, he said the report is totally false and should be taken with a pinch of salt.
“It is all rumors, nothing of such is happening between us and our act Kiss Daniel. Our financial transaction and obligation between us and Kiss Daniel is clear and strictly followed. We are a reputable record label and we would urge those behind the report to look elsewhere. Kiss Daniel is currently working hard to cement his place as the new king of pop in Nigeria.”
Also commenting, Kiss Daniel, who spoke through his manger, Louiza Williams, said the report is a lie.
“There is no iota of truth in that report. Kiss Daniel and G-Worldwide are very cool,”
Kiss Daniel recently released Laye, a follow-up hit single to his monster hit Woju which has cemented his stay in the Nigerian music scene. The singer also featured on the latest release from the label’s official disk jockey Dj Shabsy featuring Kiss Daniel and Sugarboy, the label’s newly signed recording and performing artist.
About a month ago, the pop singer wrote an emotional tribute to his late father, who passed away in May, 2015.
