Monaco took a 13th-minute lead when Mbappe drilled home after outfoxing two defenders.
Fabinho doubled the lead from the penalty spot after 49 minutes when Mbappe was brought down by Damien Da Silva.
Mbappe wrapped up Monaco’s fourth successive league win nine minutes from time with a bullet header. It was his 17th goal of the season and his 11th in the last nine games.
