Lamine Yamal can be the next superstar at Barcelona, Rafa Marquez has come out to say. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he can confidently liken the teenage wonderkid to Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi because Yamal belongs to that group of gifted boys who possess incredible talent.
Rafa added that the club must do everything within its power to ensure he fulfils his potential.
His words, “He belongs to that group of gifted boys who have this innate talent and who no matter how old they are to compete in any category and make a difference. Ronaldinho, Messi… Lamine can be the next. He has all the qualities. Obviously we have to take care of the processes because he is still a child.”
“It has been surprising. I didn’t have him last year but he had to leave to realise that he had a great opportunity to be in the club. We are all happy with this evolution and that Xavi likes it so much.”
