Lampard Can Coach Chelsea’s Women Team – Izzy Christiansen

Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard is the right person to replace Emma Hayes at the club’s female team, Izzy Christiansen has said. She recently had her say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, Lampard knows the club inside out, and when you listen to him speak about football, he exudes the kind of character that is right for the female team.

Izzy added that Frank’s level of communication and knowledge of the game could be really effective for the talented ladies at the club.

Her words, “He’s somebody who knows the club inside out. From my experiences at Everton, listening to him speak, he’s the right type of character. His level of communication and knowledge of the game could be really effective and I think you’ve got someone well accustomed with what it means to be Chelsea..

There’s no gain in Chelsea going, ‘Right, let’s pigeonhole this, it has to be a female’. If they want to continue or attempt to continue the dominance they’ve had domestically, it has to be the correct appointment.”
