Liverpool defender, Joel Matip has come out to say the players will keep working hard ahead of the new season. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, hard work is part of the business and it is the only way Liverpool players know how to play football under Jurgen Klopp.
Matip added that the professionals know that they have to be in good shape because the team plays with a lot of intensity.
His words, “This hard work is part of the business and it’s the only way how we can play our football,”
“We need to be in the best shape because we play with a lot of intensity and for this we need to train quite hard.”
