    Tempe, AZ, June 17, 2014 –(PR.com)– Local Realtor, Carol Royse, has joined an elite group of top producing REALTORS across the Country in the first ever “Great Home Giveaway.”

    Carol Royse and the Carol Royse Team, has joined a group of top agents across the country who have invested in “The Great Home Giveaway” sweepstakes that will allow Maricopa County and Pinal County citizens to enter for a chance to win one of sixteen $10,000 down payments, and one $100,000 grand prize to be used toward the purchase of their new home.

    The contest officially kicked off June 11th, 2014 and runs through January 31st, 2015. The $10,000 down payments will be given away every two weeks, until the end of December. The Grand Prize winner of $100,000 will be announced in early February 2015.

    Those who enter the contest will be eligible to win one of the 17 total cash prizes available throughout the year. The earlier entries will have more opportunities to win. This is the first time local realtors from across the country have joined forces in order to give away such a substantial amount toward the purchase of a home.

    The Carol Royse Team is a dedicated group of Real Estate professionals with over 23 years of experience in the Valley. Carol Royse wanted to participate in the home giveaway contest because, “I wanted to give back the community that has given to my family and I over the years.”
