The contest officially kicked off June 11th, 2014 and home seekers can enter now through January 31st, 2015. The first $10,000 down payment will be awarded in early July. The $10,000 down payments will continue to be given away every two weeks, until the end of December. The Grand Prize winner will be announced in early February 2015.
Anyone who enters the contest will be eligible to win one of the 17 total prizes available throughout the year. The earlier you enter, the more opportunities you have to win.
This is the first time local realtors from across the country have joined forces in order to give away such a substantial amount.
