Italian coach Antonio Conte has revealed that managing Chelsea is not good for his health.
Conte joined Chelsea this summer after stints with Juventus and the Italian national team.
After a rocky spell, Conte’s Chelsea have returned to winning ways which have gotten them in fourth place on the Premier League table.
The 47-year-old cuts an animated figure on the touchline, constantly shouting orders to his players.
He admits that he worries about his heart rate and stress of the job.
“Everyday I try to run, to keep fit,” he said.
This league is very difficult; Every game anything can happen, you can win or lose. It’s important to give continuity, to trust in the work.”
“Now there are five teams very close, but we shouldn’t look at the table. We must be focused on the work on the training pitch and take it game-by-game, step-by-step,” he added.
“It’s important to improve and trust in the work, these are the most important things.”
