Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland has come out to say that he couldn’t help but admire the club’s style of play before choosing to join. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.
According to him, Pep Guardiola’s football is definitely exciting, especially with how his midfielders create a lot of chances for the striker, so it is surely a perfect environment for him.
Haaland added that he wants to want to score goals, win trophies, and improve as a footballer at his new club.
His words, “You can’t help but admire their style of play, it’s exciting and they create a lot of chances, which is perfect for a player like me.”
